🍋One Pan Lemon Chicken🍋
One of my favorite easy no mess dishes! I just throw it all in and wish for the best without measuring and it always turns out great!
Recipe:
In a large baking dish I used roughly 2 cups of brown rice, topped it with bone in chicken thighs and legs. Add salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. I added a jar of grilled artichokes, drained & sliced them up. Poured chicken broth all over until the rice was fully covered. Added some more salt and pepper on top juice of a lemon and some lemon slices and baked at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Garnished with fresh basil & fresh oregano 👌🏽
