These are the simple ones I give my son to keep the bugs away this time of year. Methylated, real-food sourced, no synthetic dyes, and the brands I'd hand any mom in my DMs.
I get this DM more than almost any other: "What kids vitamins do you trust?" The conventional gummies look like candy, are loaded with sugar, dyes, gelatin, and synthetic forms of B vitamins that a third of kids can't even methylate properly. So here's my list. Three brands. Done.
For everyday: Ella & Ola Methylated Multi.

Ella & Ola Methylated Multi-Vitamin
Methylated B vitamins (the bioavailable kind), no synthetic dyes, no sugar. My everyday for my son. Tastes good enough that he asks for it.
For immunity season: Leefy Organics.
An organic immunity tincture I keep stocked through fall and winter. Elderberry-based, no artificial anything. The bottle lasts forever because the dosage is small.
Shop Leefy Organics →, use code ANEESA for 33% off sitewide.
For "I think they're catching something": Llama Naturals.

Llama Naturals Elderberry & Vitamin D3
Made from real fruit, no added sugar, no synthetic vitamins. Truly the only "gummy" I trust. My son thinks they're candy. They're not.
"If a kid vitamin looks like Sour Patch Kids, it's basically Sour Patch Kids with a vitamin label. Read the back."
What I avoid in kids vitamins.
- High fructose corn syrup or "natural flavors" without source
- Synthetic B vitamins (look for "methylcobalamin" not "cyanocobalamin", "methylfolate" not "folic acid")
- Red 40, Yellow 5, any synthetic dye
- Gelatin from undisclosed sources
- Anything where the supplement facts are mostly sugar with trace vitamins
The bottom line.
Three brands, simple rotation. Ella & Ola for daily, Leefy for prevention, Llama Naturals when they need a boost. That's it. Don't overthink it, just don't grab the gummy bears in the cartoon packaging.
