Sheperd’s Pie

1lb grass fed ground beef
1 7oz jar tomato paste
3 gloves garlic minced
1 small yellow onion diced
1 tablespoon garlic powder/granules
1tsp onion powder
1tsp paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Roughly 1/2 cup peas
Roughly 1/2 cup of cut carrots
About 1 cup or so beef bone broth, I like to use @kettleandfire grass fed bone broth.
1 head of cauliflower dice, boil, salt, drain
1 cup crushed plain potato chips
-Mince ground beef, drain excess fat
Add onions and minced garlic, cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes paste and mix in completely and cook for about 4/5 minutes. Add in all the spices, peas, and carrots. Simmer on medium/low for about 15 minutes.
During this time add the boiled cauliflower to a blender with a little bit of salt and tsp of garlic powder. Then add the meat mixture to a baking dish and add the cauliflower on top. Since cauliflower doesn’t brown like potatoes do, I like to spray a little bit of avocado oil on top. Broil on high for about 7 minutes. Then add crushed plain chips on top. I like to use @bouldercanyon Broil on low of a few minutes. Keep and eye because they can burn quickly. Take out from oven and let sit for a couple minutes before you scoop it out. It’s great with some hot sauce!! ENJOY!!
